This looked so good I decided to make it tonight. Any tips? Also, what kind of shrimp did you use?


Just look for the tiniest ones you can find - we just used a bag of frozen tiny pink ones. Forget the exact type...and it's supposed to be super creamy, so don't let the last cup of broth cook all the way off. Enjoy!
