'tis good! highlights:
- i bought a lovely new canvas messenger bag just like the one of my dad's from his air force days that i used to use all the time in college but have since, sadly, lost
- saw marie antoinette. i thought it was kind of beautiful. i mean, visually gorgeous, of course, but very good at creating a string of really evocative moments and moods. there's no plot or anything, and barely any mention of all that revolution stuff, but still enjoyable. and really very funny at times (intentionally so)
- CLONE SEX
- spencer made yummy breakfast! see:
now off to buy ingredients to make these.
The clone-sex thing probably depends on whether you're imagining sex as involving in the end an agent/patient relation, or being more of a middle voice kind of situation.

Leave it to Ben to approach the clone sex issue through grammatical analogies.
