the weekly progression in yoga
yeah, it's gonna be a WEEKLY THING. suck on that!
last night, i did an unsupported wheel - though i still needed spotting to stretch into the wheel.
then the canadian had us do something called a camel pose. when described, it sounds rather easy, but it actually turns out to be yoga torture. it looks like this:

trust me, it sucks. didn't help that i haven't been able to laugh for the past three days due to stomach muscle pains caused by the nabob's death march workout.
tonight, i'm trying ashtanga yoga for the first time with lana, then heading to fort reno for statehood and the night of 1,000 cakes to eat the shit out of some cupcakes.
