this terrible, sad story and accompanying picture about an annual dolphin hunt in japan has pretty much convinced me that sex with dolphins is completely preferable.

I read that this morning. It's astonishing that that still goes on, but I guess Japan just has a different attitude about slaughtering marine mammals. The accompanying photo is itself a pretty powerful indictment of the practice.

My goodness. What the hell is up with the Japanese and sea mammals?
But, they've given up whale-hunting (right?), so maybe this garbage will follow that under the waves of history.
